When attempting to send a document for signing, in which case the email address was incorrectly introduced, the envelope icon next to the email address will appear in red. This indicates that DigiSigner failed to deliver the email.
To correct this, you only have to click on the email address you want to edit and choose 'Remove Signer.' After that, a pop-up message will ask if you are sure of this action. Select 'Remove'.
After this, send the document to the correct email address by clicking the SEND FOR SIGNING button. The dialog for sending the document out will pop up. Enter the correct signer’s email address.
Click on the SEND DOCUMENT button. The email with the link to your document will be immediately sent to the signer. The signer’s correct email addresses will be displayed next to the document image.
