How do I cancel my subscription?

You can stop auto-renewal for your subscription in the MyAccount area of our partner 2Checkout, which supports us by processing your payments and management of your subscriptions:

1. Go to 2Checkout's MyAccount.
2. Enter the email address you entered as part of your billing information when you purchased your subscription or your last order number.
3. Click on the Send access link button.
4. You will immediately receive an email with a link that will log you straight into the 2Checkout Customer Area.
5. Click on My Products and then on Stop automatic subscription renewal.
   
   
   
   
6. Select a reason from the dropdown and click on Stop auto-renewal
   
   
   

Your DigiSigner account will stay active until your subscription expires at the end of the billing cycle.
